The RPC server is unavailable

If your primary and secondary domains are not syncing each other.
and receive the  Following error.

" The RPC server is unavailable"

• Go to Primary Domain controller - and check the Firewall is disabled.
• If so go to the GPO and enable the Firewall 

•  Run gpupdate.
• restart the secondary Domain  controller

download file now
